Hi, I’m Ziane.
I used to be a "Creator" myself, tried running multiple channels on YouTube, nothing really stuck. Here's an example lol: One of my YouTube ventures.
I did however find myself falling in love with storytelling, not so much editing though, that was actual torture lol.
And so I thought why not cut what I don't like, keep what I like, all whilst bringing good folk together.
And voila: Reflectt.

For influencers
Do I get to choose which partnerships I accept?
Of course! I find opportunities and bring them to you. You decide which ones you’d like to take on.
How do you set my rates?
I will work with you on your desired rates and use CPM estimates based on your average views to help determine what brands may be willing to offer.
How often will I hear from you?
At least twice a month. If an offer comes in or there’s an update on a deal, I’ll let you know sooner!
Does it cost anything to work with Reflectt?
There are no monthly fees! I take an agreed commission on deals I bring or negotiate for you, once you receive payment.
How do I get paid?
Once your content goes live, I invoice the brand. The brand then either pays us separately, or the brand pays you directly, and I invoice you for my commission.
For brands
Do you handle the outreach and contracts?
Yes. I handle outreach and help both sides agree on the deal. The scope, fees and terms are set out in writing.
Do I choose which creators I work with?
Of course! I’ll explain why I recommend each creator. You decide who you’d like to work with.
Will I see the content before it goes live?
Yes. We agree on the review process before the campaign starts, including what you’ll approve before publication.
